Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Lots of variety and fresh taste. John and Sherry have really leveraged there many years of sushi building experience to bring a high quality product to Conifer. Highly recommend even if you do not live in Foothills but really nice if you do. Great place to get away from the Front Range Heat and enjoy some great Sushi in cool Conifer.

The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. It’s a great option in a small town! I enjoy a variety of their sushi as well as ramen options.

Really enjoyed this place and wish we have had stopped in sooner. The udon noodles are super good. The wife ordered the bento box as did quiet a few other folks in the restaurant I noticed. We also had a chance to try two of their special rolls and both tasted as good as anything I've had down the hill. Definitely would recommend if you have a hankering for Japanese fair.

We were going back to denver from Staunton State park after a good hike. We stopped at this small town called Aspen Park and the best Japanese restaurant was our obvious choice. We were glad that we chose this restaurant. The foods were amazing, staffs were friendly and a good ambience to enjoy food with friends and family. Neat and clean tables, restrooms overall they have good ambience. Highly recommend. The tesla charging station is also in the same location.

After living in Japan for the past 9 years, I can confidently say that Oyama has some of the best sushi you'll find in Colorado. After 3 visits (driving into the mountains, I'm not exactly local) I've had some fantastic sushi, sashimi, and rolls. The standard fare is fresh and well-made, but their specialty items are amazing. The Veggie menu stands by itself with the AMC, Mixed Vegetable Roll, and more. It's clear that the staff and chefs care about their job. Keep up the awesome work!!

We had a great Valentine's Day date here enjoying delicious catapillar roll, seafood Ramen and teriyaki chicken with a pot green tea. The portion sizes are very generous for their reasonable prices. The staff is very welcoming, attentive and fast. They made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. I love the beautiful Japanese painting that spans almost their entire dining room wall. Their decor is clean elegant and spacious with comfy booths. The menu variety is great for sharing. We look forward to coming back for lunch and enjoying their bento box. Thanks for a great first time dining experience with you on our special day!

This place is excellent. Good restaurants in the mountains are few and far between. We don’t need much—just tasty food and a decent experience—and we absolutely have that here. I wish this business lots of success and staying power! We are lucky to have you.
